Frimley Health Career Centre website uses personal and confidential information for a number of purposes. We collect personal information for:
Learning & Development / Voluntary Services Enquires and Applications / Health Questionnaires for work experience and volunteering.
The contact details and other information that you have provided by you for learning and development / voluntary services enquiries or applications / health questionnaires for work experience / volunteering will only be used to process your enquiry, application or to fulfill regulatory requirements as necessary.
With regards to volunteering, your information will be used for disclosure and barring service (DBS) and reference checks.
How we share your information+
Information provided for work experience / volunteering services may be shared internally within Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust for the purposes of the enquiry/application processes. We may share anonymised demographic data for the purposes of supporting research and data analysis across our area with Health Education England.
All organisations the Trust shares your information with are subject to strict information sharing protocols.
How we hold your information+
We will ensure that the information we hold about you is accurate, whether electronic or hard copy and will be held securely for the period of 1 year; however, if your application is unsuccessful, we will securely destroy or permanently erase your data. Once information provided has reached the end of its administrative life, it will be destroyed in a secure manner.
If you are under 18 years of age, please obtain permission from your parent/guardian before giving us your personal details.
