T-Levels are two-year courses which follow GCSE’s and are equivalent to three A-Levels. They are specifically developed to align with the demands of various industries to prepare students for work.
T-Levels aim to provide students with the skills and knowledge that businesses are actively seeking. They combine classroom-based learning with hands-on experience through substantial industry placements, giving students a practical understanding of their chosen field. For instance, a student pursuing a T-Level in Health, will spend time working within a hospital or healthcare setting, gaining practical experience in patient care, which not only enhances their learning but also makes them more prepared and competitive for roles in the healthcare sector.
