Supported Traineeship

Supported traineeships can prepare you for your future career, helping you to get ready for the world of work and improving your chances of getting an apprenticeship or a job.

They are an ideal opportunity for young people aged 16-24 years old who are motivated to get a job but potentially lack the skills and experience that employers are looking for, and qualified below level 3.

The traineeship programme lasts approximately 8 weeks, although this can be tailored to design a programme that suits both the needs of the business and the needs of the trainee.
